John Di Marco

Founder of J.D.M. Realty Ltd., John Di Marco has been trading in real estate full-time for over 50 years.  The first five years he worked as a sales representative and since as Broker/Owner of J.D.M. Realty Ltd.

Born, raised, and educated in Italy as a Geometra, John brings knowledge of building structures, construction, and architecture to his practice. His real estate practice is further strengthened by his status as a licensed Market Value Appraiser – Residential.

John is a friendly, honest person and is a committed Broker who has proven to go beyond the call of duty to ensure the happiness of his clients and the success of their pursuits. One of the most telling signs of John's quality service and successful results is the multitude of repeat business and referrals that have fuelled his business.

Currently based in Vaughan, John has had a large volume of trades in various areas throughout the GTA, including, but not limited to:  the West side of the Downtown core and GTA up to York Region.

John is also actively involved in giving back to the community by offering his leadership, sponsorship, time and energy to a variety of organizations. He is Co-Founder and Treasurer of a Touch of Love and Hope Foundation raising funds for: mentally and physically challenged children in the Commonwealth of Dominica, the programs of the Diocese of Roseau, the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, and the Mackenzie Health Foundation. His contribution to community also includes: Treasurer, York chapter of OACETT, the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists; 4th degree Knight of Columbus; Past President Club Ofena; Past President Federazione Abrusseze; Director, Opera Bel Canto of York and Committee Member Opera York.

Geraldine Di Marco

Geraldine has been an integral driver of J.D.M. Realty Ltd. since its inception; as a licensed Sales Representative since 1986.  Geraldine possesses a feminine perspective of homes and homeownership. 

A native of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Geraldine studied in London England and immigrated to Toronto in the late 60’s. Active in entrepreneurial pursuits, government employment, and charitable contributions, she has been engaged in the real estate industry since 1972.

Having worked in the federal government and with non-governmental organizations, Geraldine continues her service to the community with leadership roles and practical help to organizations. Geraldine is Co-Founder and President of A Touch of Love and Hope Foundation raising funds for: mentally and physically challenged children in the Commonwealth of Dominica, programs of the Diocese of Roseau, Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, and Mackenzie Health Foundation. She has or is also contributing to such organizations as: Leading to Reading, CDOA - Commonwealth of Dominica Ontario Association, City of Vaughan’s Property Standards Committee, Opera Bel Canto of York, and Opera York. In 2017, Geraldine Di Marco was invested into the Order of Vaughan by Mayor Bevilacqua for playing a pivotol role in the shaping of the City.

Sabrina Di Marco

Sabrina Di Marco is a registered Broker since 2007 and has been trading in real estate as a Sales Representative since 1995.  She is results-oriented, honest, and aggressive on behalf of her clients. Her sincere interest in her clients’ success and her dynamic personality has made for long and very respectful relationships. She is proud to boast Impressive Growth in Her Client’s Investment Portfolios over the years.

Raised in the J.D.M. Realty Ltd. family, Sabrina has been assisting in supportive roles throughout her childhood. With real estate in her blood, she began her practice and developed expertise in: Negotiations, Research, and Client Service. She is designated a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. In addition, her real estate practice is strengthened by career experience in international develpment and performance measurement, including global experience in consultation with small businesses on behalf of the Government of Canada, and a Master in Business Administration focused on Strategy.  She is pleased to represent you in: English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Sabrina works thoughout the GTA, having made many successful deals for her clients from King to Caledon, Bowmanville to Barrie, and Vaughan to the Beaches.
